María Solano is a Ph.D. in Education that fell in love with the Real Estate Business. After serving for 22 years in the Venezuelan Navy as a Captain, and with more than 30 years of experience working and training people, Maria made her second career in Real Estate. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors® (VAR), and Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR), is also a member and served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and was an advisor for the Hispanic Forum in Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR). According to the Magazine Realty Biz News, she is number 14 out of the fifty more successful Hispanic REALTORS® in the USA in the year 2013. Also, she has been a Top Producer winner for 9 years. Maria was the Principal Broker for a boutique Real Estate firm in Virginia and is an Associate Broker in the states of Virginia and Maryland. She is familiar with working with diplomats, military, and veterans, also with first-time buyers and sellers. As a former Navy Captain and Army mother, she feels special love for the military.
